Our movement workouts incorporate movement with flexibility and conditioning to keep your joints and muscles functional.

You will be taught the fundamentals of self defense as well as the beginner and intermediate capoeira. We will teach you the proper way to play, defend, pace yourself ,  acrobatics, sing and dance.
